Normal orders are processed within 3 business days. Bulk orders may take longer and will be specified at the time of purchase. If there is a period of high volume orders, we will communicate any possible delays to you directly.
Parcels are sent from our base in southwest France using La Poste. Our delivery charges are calculated based on the current Collisimo rates as advertised by La Poste using the estimated weight of your order and the destination country as specified by you at the checkout.
La Poste has an expected delivery time of 2 working days within France. Deliveries to Europe are usually completed in 3 to 7 days depending on the destination. The Rest of the World has a delivery expectation of 5 to 10 days. For the current delivery time estimates from La Poste, please visit their dedicated page.
We try to be as economical as possible with the packaging, using only the minimum required to protect your order on its journey from us to your chosen destination.
For gift orders, any personalised messages will be hand-written on a simple gift card. No invoice or pricing details are included with gifts.
As soon as your parcel has been sent, we shall send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
Tornade de Roses is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tornade de Roses is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
