Parcels are sent from our base in southwest France using La Poste. Our delivery charges are calculated based on the current Collisimo rates as advertised by La Poste using the estimated weight of your order and the destination country as specified by you at the checkout.

La Poste has an expected delivery time of 2 working days within France. Deliveries to Europe are usually completed in 3 to 7 days depending on the destination. We try to be as economical as possible with the packaging, using only the minimum required to protect your order on its journey from us to your chosen destination.
